Monday, Aug. 3

8:55 p.m. – 704 North Leavitt Road. Calvin Parker charged with receiving stolen property, tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Parker was arrested after police verified through Cleveland police that a Ford Escape he was driving had been stolen in Cleveland.

Tuesday, Aug. 4

7 p.m. – Railroad tracks between Jackson Street and Milan Avenue. William J. Mattocks charged with disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct by persisting, trespass on railroad property and public indecency.

Thursday, Aug. 6

1:15 a.m. – Cooper Foster Park Road and North Main Street. Jeffrey Gula cited for operating a vehicle intoxicated, reckless operation and open container after police chased him while driving in excess of 60 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Friday, Aug. 7

2:25 a.m. – Cleveland Avenue. Angel Russo charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, driving under suspension, marked lanes and reckless operation. Police said she was weaving and drove off the street near Rotary Park.

Saturday, Aug. 8

11:36 p.m. – 714 N. Leavitt Road. Stanley Collins charged with disorderly conduct after police said the man was pan-handling customers at a Speedway gas station.

11:39 p.m. – Milan Avenue. Timothy S. Daley charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, disorderly conduct by intoxication, reckless operation on a bicycle, and no lights or reflectors. He was riding a bicycle with no lights in the middle of Milan Avenue, and he nearly fell when he got off the bike, was unsteady, and had slurred speech, police said.

Sunday, Aug. 9

9:18 a.m. – 300 block of Hall Court. Resident reports theft of a $2,000 go-cart from a driveway.
