Stay active during the holidays with Seniors Helping Seniors

Can you believe it? The holidays are here once again! We all want to stay active and do the things that we used to do to prepare for and enjoy the holidays. Sometimes that is not so easy. And for those caring for an older loved one, you may feel more isolated this time of year.

Please know that there are seniors in your community who want to help other seniors remain living independently in their own home or assisted living facility. Seniors Helping Seniors in-home care services matches caring and compassionate seniors who want to help, with seniors who need help: for as much or as little time as you need.

Our loving Providers can assist with holiday baking, decorating, shopping, doctor appointments, or just socializing and driving around to enjoy the signs of the season. Remember going out to find the best tree, the Higbee's window display and the lights at the Terminal Tower? So do we!

Because our Seniors Helping Seniors Providers are seniors themselves, a special bond forms between the Receivers needing care and those who want to help. Seniors who want to maintain their independent lifestyle in their homes can get the help they are looking for at very reasonable rates; and at the same time, they are helping other seniors in the community stay active as well as supplement their income.

There are no packages to buy and no minimum hours of service. We also understand that caregiving is a tremendous responsibility. Seniors Helping Seniors can offer caregivers a break from their responsibilities so that they may have an opportunity to slow down a little and relax during the holiday season.

To find out more call 440-935-3848 or email Seniors Helping Seniors ( is here to help you with all your needs around the house. We look forward to working with you.

All of us involved with Seniors Helping Seniors give thanks for the challenges and blessings of each day. God bless you all during this holiday season.
