Berry Conrad Minney, 68, of Kipton, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Allen Memorial in Oberlin. He was born June 11, 1950 in Oberlin and had lived in Kipton for his entire life.
He was a 1968 graduate of Firelands High School. He was a Truck Driver for 48 years, most recently at the former Skaggs Trucking in South Amherst. Berry was a nature lover and truly cared for animals. Along with his companion, Judy, they rescued many different animals. Berry loved being around people and was very gregarious.
He is survived by his companion of 23 years, Judy Wiele; stepson, Sandy Hensley; stepdaughter, Erica (Cory) Fisher; stepson, Arthur Wiele; grandson, Alexander Fisher; sister, Gala "Shelley" Reznick, of Atlanta; his nephew, Rickey (Jessica) Minney of Kipton and a brother.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Forest and Madeline (Conrad) Minney and brothers, Rickey Minney and Chris "Crisco" Minney.
Friends may call on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 11 A.M. until the time of services at 1 P.M. at The Morman Funeral Home, 16 Cooper Street, Wakeman. Melvin Sayler will be officiating. Burial will follow at Camden Cemetery.
