Sharon Ann "Shrimp" Holloway

Sharon Ann "Shrimp" Holloway, of Oberlin, passed away peacefully Friday, July 11, 2014, in the HCR Manor Care Center of North Olmsted, following a long illness

She was a lifelong employee as an account executive for Wells Fargo Bank and Insurance Co. of Cleveland. She was a member of the order of Eastern Stars Martha Chapter #35 of Oberlin, past Imperial Deputy a daughter of Isis AlLalim Court #205 of Elyria, past Grand Deputy District #2 State of Ohio, a member of Rust United Methodist Church, Oberlin. She enjoyed cooking, bowling, line dancing, card games and traveling.

She is survived by her husband, David Holloway of Lorain; daughters, Juanita Holloway and Rosealeta Holloway-Jones, Adrienne Holloway; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother, L Lloyd P. Walden of Oberlin; nephews, Brant and Kevin Walden; god daughter, Carrie Shawn Simmons-Moss; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by parents, Samuel and Fannie M. Walden; sister-in-law, Linda Walden; nieces, Walden twin baby girls.

Friends may call Friday, July 18, 2014, from 6 to 8 P.M., in the Rust United Methodist Church, 128 Groveland St., Oberlin, where order of Eastern Star service will be at 6:30 P.M. Burial will be Saturday, July 19, 2014, in the Westwood Cemetery, Oberlin, at 11 A.M. The Reverend Kevin Coleman, Pastor, will officiate.
