Phyllis M. Campbell (nee Dague), 86, of Elyria, died Sunday, September 1, 2013. She was born February 12, 1927 in Columbus and was a graduate of Mifflin High School in Columbus.
She has been a resident of Elyria since 1947 and for several summers worked for the U.S. Forest Service in Missoula, Montana. Phyllis was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church and a dedicated wife and mother.
Phyllis is survived by her sons, Nelson D. Campbell of Blanchard, Idaho and Neal P. Campbell of Houston, Texas; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Paul R. Campbell in 2003; daughter, Heather A. Reich in 2005; brother, Irving Dague; and parents, Nelson and Ruth Dague.
A memorial service will be Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 1 P.M. in St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 300 Third Street, Elyria, with Reverend Brian K. Wilbert officiating. Burial will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman.
