Ray worked for Sysco Food Corp., in Cleveland for more than 24 years. He was an active member of Teamsters Local 507 and Wellington Hot Stove Baseball Association. Ray also enjoyed bowling, hunting, coaching his kids' sports and spending time with his friends and family.
Ray leaves behind his wife of 12 years, Beverley (nee Scott); sons, Dylan and Erik; his father, Russell of Sheffield Village; sisters, Karen Newman and Teresa Townzen of Tennessee; 12 nieces and nephews.
He was greeted in Heaven by his mother, Jean Baxter.
Friends and family may join in a Celebration of Life for Ray Sunday, February 10, 2013 from 4 to 8 P.M. at the Wellington Eagles.
