Shelby A. Charlton, 67, of Grafton, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2013. Shelby was born in Welch, West Virginia on December 23, 1945. She has resided in Lorain County for over 50 years.
Shelby was a homemaker, who cherished her time spent with her family. She enjoyed watching her daily soap opera and favorite TV shows. Shelby loved flowers and planting a vegetable garden.
Survived by her husband of 51 years, Louis; son, Vince Charlton of Grafton; daughters, Tammy Gregg of North Eaton and Kimberly Star of Arizona; grandchildren, Amber Lynn and Adam Vincent Charlton, Tony Greg and Ashley Dolen; her mother, Jewel Kino of Litchfield and brother, Jack Peak of Litchfield.
She was preceded in death by her father and son, Ronnie Charlton.
Funeral Service will be 11 A.M., Friday, February 1, 2013 at the Bauer Funeral Home, 2089 Columbia Road, Valley City. Pastor Jerry Harper will officiate. Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 P.M., Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
