Cindy Lou Wilkins

Cindy Lou Wilkins, 55, of Grafton, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012 in Center Ridge Nursing Home in North Ridgeville, after a short illness. She was born September 19, 1957 in Elyria, living in Eaton Township all her life.

Mrs. Wilkins was a paper carrier for The Chronicle Telegram at different times for a period over 20 years. She enjoyed her pit bull dogs Marzi and Maddie, and playing on her computer.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny, married 31 years; daughters, Angela (Brian) Fuller of North Ridgeville and Jamie (Bob) Bryner of Elyria, Carolynn Bias of West Alexendria; sons, Shannon (Heidi) Wilkins of Alabama, Jason (Tracie) Wilkins of West Alexendria; 11 grandchildren; two granddaughters, Lindsey Laney and Ryan Bias, who lived with her to keep her strong; sister, Sheila Shaffer of Grafton, Dawn (John) Roig of Elyria, Lois (David) Sayers of Grafton; and brother, Wayne Patchin of Grafton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Orie and Louise Patchin; sister, Valarie; brother, Russell; and her son, Charles.

Friends may call in the Blackburn-Duke Funeral Home, 1021 Main St., Grafton, Tuesday, December 20, 2012 from 5 to 8 P.M., with funeral services Friday, December 21, 2012 at 11 A.M., with Rev. Ray Smith, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Township.
