Harold Dean Hall, 62, of Vermilion, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2011, at New Life Hospice residence center in Lorain following a lengthy illness. Harold was born September 25, 1948, in Neon Kentucky.
He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Harold is a retired Ford worker and enjoyed; fishing, NASCAR, spending time with his family, and enjoying all the rides at Cedar Point.
Survivors include daughter, Michelle Hall of Elyria; brother, Gary (Madge) Hall of Virginia; sisters, Kathy Pass-Weiss of North Ridgeville, Dyshan Hall, Emma Sue Hall, Nancy Hall all of Virginia; granddaughter, Zoe Hall of Elyria; 13 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah and Rebecca (nee Lane) Hall.
Friends may call Tuesday September 13, 2011 5 till 8 P.M. at Wyers Funeral Chapel, 2900 North Ridge Road, Sheffield Township. Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 14 at 11 A.M. at the Funeral Chapel. New Life Hospice Chaplain Robert Chevalier will officiate. Interment will follow at Brookdale Cemetery in Elyria. Military Honors will be conducted by the Disabled American Veterans Post 20 of Lorain.
