Update 11:29 a.m. Robson Road standoff continues, new information on suspect

CARLISLE TWP. -- There has been little change in the standoff on Robson Road that began Monday evening.

Sheriff officials say the incident started when they tried to serve warrants for drug abuse, domestic violence and taking the identification of another on Kelley Boros, 42, at 7:12 p.m. Monday.

Boros retreated to a shed on the property and returned with a long gun, and then he returned to the shed, where he remained overnight, deputies said.

Sheriff’s Sgt. Randy Koubeck says negotiators have been talking to Boros, but he has refused to surrender.

“At this time there is no change in the status of the situation and we will continue to stay out here until we resolve this problem,” Koubeck said.
