7:15 a.m. — 800 block Baldwin Ave., a woman reported that her ex-husband’s gun case containing a scope was stolen from her garage. A video camera pointed toward the garage shows two younger, possibly teenage, boys pushing the side garage window open and entering through the window.
11:37 a.m. — 100 block West Ave., a man reported his car was scratched with a key on Sunday afternoon. He told police he had no enemies, so he didn’t have a suspect.
1:13 p.m. — 300 block East Ave., reported damage of a window at Riverview Plaza that appeared to be made by a BB or a pellet.
7:03 p.m. — 200 block Marseilles Ave., a woman reported an acquaintance did not return her home nebulizer machine that she let him borrow. She said when she asked for the machine back, the man said he did not have it.
Saturday, June 8
11:54 p.m. — 500 block Main St., Mickey Mart, an employee reported that she saw a man put a debit card into the machine, but that the machine did not accept the card as payment. When he finished putting in $10.05 worth of gas into his truck, he left, just as the employee spoke over the loudspeaker that he still needed to pay for the gas. Officers found the man and he agreed to pay the $10.05.
Tuesday, June 11
1:50 a.m. – 700 block N. Main St., four men were seen walking downtown. They had been fishing at a local park. An officer offered the men a ride to Vine Street.
Friday, June 14
2 a.m. – 100 block Jones St., Jason Rahrig, 42, Wellington, was charged with disorderly conduct intoxication after he arrived at his mother’s house. She reported that she did not want him at her house and when officers arrived they found him sleeping in the driveway and smelled of alcohol.
10:04 a.m. – 100 block McKinley St., a 38-year-old man arrived at the station after he attempted to catch a beagle in his neighborhood and it bit him on the right leg. The dog was caught. The man did not need medical treatment, he just wanted the incident on file.
4 p.m. – 100 block Jones St., a woman reported that her son arrived at her home and became enraged after she refused to give him money. She stated that he then threw frozen burritos at her and clenched his fists and lunged at her aggressively. Jason Rahrig, 42, Wellington, was charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct while intoxicating persisting.
