Monday, March 25

10:55 a.m. — 100 block West Ave., a man reported that his truck had been spray-painted, and he believed he knew who painted it.

3:20 p.m. — 300 block Washington Ave., Robert Blackmon, 51, same address, arrested and charged with disorderly conduct persisting. Police were sent to Blackmon’s apartment after a neighbor complaint. Police said Blackmon was extremely intoxicated and refused to calm down, yelling, “F--- the police, I ain’t gonna calm down.”

8:55 p.m. — 300 block Washington Ave., a man reported two acquaintances came to his apartment and stole his television. After police questioned the man, he told officers that he knew the men because they “fronted” him $100 in crack cocaine.

Tuesday, March 26

2:10 a.m. — 700 block S. Abbe Road, theft of a laptop from a home. The owner of the laptop said he had about six to 10 people in his house, and he did not know who took it.
