New Dangerous Dozen list released: 2 Lorain men still wanted

The latest "Dangerous Dozen" most-wanted list has been released, and two wanted Lorain men remain on the list.

The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force released the list today.

Robert Beane, 19, is wanted for the April armed robbery of a Lorain Dairy Mart.

The clerk identified Beane as a customer and picked him out of a lineup following the April 14 holdup of the Dairy Mart at West 28th Street and Broadway.

Luis Leiva, 48, who is wanted for assault, burglary and domestic violence has been on the list for several months. Authorities have said previously that they believe Leiva has left the state.

One new fugitive was added to the list this month to replace one captured fugitive. Jvyn Tucker is a Cleveland-area fugitive wanted for attempted murder, robbery with a firearm and assault with a firearm.

The charges all stem from one incident in May that occurred in Garfield Heights. According to Marshals, Tucker approached a victim who was waiting at a bus stop at East 131st Street and Maplerow Avenue and allegedly pulled a handgun and robbed the victim. He then allegedly struck the victim in the face and then fired at the victim as the victim tried to flee, striking the victim in the leg.

All of the fugitives on the Dangerous Dozen should be considered dangerous individuals and should not be approached by the general public. If anyone has information concerning the whereabouts of these fugitives, they are encouraged to contact the task force toll free at (866) 4WANTED. Callers may remain anonymous and cash rewards are available for information leading to the arrest of any of these fugitives.

Since the inception of the Dangerous Dozen program in May 2010, the task force has apprehended 55 of the 66 fugitives profiled on this list. Of the 55 apprehended, 37 were a direct result of the exposure from the media and assistance of the public.
