Tuesday, Nov. 13

8:17 a.m. – West Sixth Street, two teenage girls were approached by two men in a black Cadillac while walking to school.

10:02 a.m. – West 21st Street, Clayton A. Spencer, 44, 3800 block Dayton Ave., Lorain, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension, expired plates and failure to signal turn.

12:48 p.m. – 1700 block Nantucket Drive, a 53-year-old man told police he may have been conned after befriending someone through the Internet and sending more than $70,000 to an off-shore account.

6 p.m. – 100 block Cedar St., Philip A. Lantz Jr., 39, 8500 block Evergreen Trail, Olmsted Falls, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension and reasonable control.
