9:35 p.m. - 33800 block Gail Drive, criminal damaging; a man noticed his vehicle`s back window and tail lights had been smashed out.

Friday, Nov. 2

5:02 a.m. - 4900 block Shady Moss Lane, Otis Gardner, 42, Cleveland, charged with larceny-theft.

Saturday, Nov. 3

10:32 a.m. - 34600 block Bainbridge Road, North Ridgeville High School, a male student was referred to Lorain County Juvenile Court for menacing comments made to a teacher.

Monday, Nov. 5

10:40 a.m. - 5400 block Broad Blvd., forced burglary/petty larceny, after a TV, DVD and door frame valued at $300 were taken from residence.

7:51 p.m. - 33300 block Center Ridge Road, Century Tavern, breaking and entering, theft of $800.

10:24 p.m. - 36200 block Westfield Drive, criminal mischief; two eggs were thrown at a window.

Tuesday, Nov. 6

12:25 p.m. - Intersection of Plantation Place and Redwood Court, theft of tools from a construction site.

Saturday, Nov. 10

2:19 a.m. - Intersection of Wallace Boulevard and Center Ridge Road, Stephen Kozak Jr., 25, Avon, charged with driving under the influence, excess BAC and driving in a weaving course.
