Monday, Oct. 1
10:13 a.m. — 7500 block Race Road, theft of trailer valued at $1,500.
Tuesday, Oct. 2
4:11 a.m. — Forest Wood Drive, an officer observed a man stealing pumpkins from Marc’s on Center Ridge Road. Donald Bartlett, 37, Parma, charged with petty theft, driving under the influence and excess BAC.
Wednesday, Oct. 3
9:53 a.m. — 5900 block Mills Creek Lane, Richard Humphrey, 20, same address, charged with assault on a police officer, domestic violence, resisting arrest, underage consumption and disorderly conduct.
7:53 p.m. — Interstate 480, Thomas Kronika, 54, Parma, charged with liquor possession-consumption in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Thursday, Oct. 4
7:50 p.m. — 35800 block Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville Middle School, assault at pep rally on Oct. 3. Case remains under investigation.
Saturday, Oct. 6
2:06 a.m. — Intersection of Center Ridge Road and state Route 83, Matthew Wagner, 22, Elyria, charged with turning at intersections, driving under the influence and excess BAC.
4:02 a.m. — 39200 block Center Ridge Road, Tommy Lovejoy, 44, Elyria, charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
