4 p.m. – 35700 block Cooley Road, Eaton Township, an estimated $3,600 in equipment reported stolen from a barn, including a boat motor, tool box, dehumidifier, vacuum, shovels and a rake.
5:09 p.m. – 33900 block Henwell Road, Columbia Township, a man said he was the victim of identity theft.

Monday, Oct. 1
6:27 p.m. – Hallauer Road and state Route 58, Pittsfield Township, deputies stopped a car traveling at 84 mph.
10:30 p.m. – 100 block Edgewood Drive, Amherst Township, Buick LeSabre reported stolen.

Tuesday, Oct. 2
9:45 a.m. – 42000 block Emerson Court, Elyria Township, a 15-year-old girl reported missing.
4:15 p.m. – 51700 block U.S. Route 20, Camden Township, a portable toilet at a residential construction site set on fire.

Wednesday, Oct. 3
5:58 p.m. – 42000 block Emerson Court, Elyria Township, a 15-year-old girl ran away from home.
9:09 p.m. – Perch Court, LaGrange Township, domestic dispute.
10:43 p.m. – Interstate 90, Linvell Vactor, 35, Elyria, charged with speeding and driving under suspension.

12:58 p.m. – Elyria Life Skills Center, West River Road North, a school employee received a bomb threat by phone. The school was evacuated, but no evidence of an explosive was found.
2:42 p.m. – West Avenue, Wayne Humphrey III, 28, Elyria, charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication and felony intimidation for making threats against police officers.
4:10 p.m. – 200 block Carol Lane, a 16-year-old ran away from home.
7:01 p.m. – 200 block Connecticut Drive, Rocky Thomas, 47, Elyria, charged with violation of protection order.
9:36 p.m. – 400 block East River St., glass windows at Amtrak station smashed.

1:42 a.m. – 100 block Washington Ave., Danielle Pelfrey, 30, Elyria, charged with obstructing official business.
8:16 a.m. – 600 block E. Broad St., a woman said her neighbor stole gasoline from her backyard.
9:49 a.m. – 3500 block Midway Mall Blvd., Tokyo Steakhouse, a rug was reported stolen.
10:42 a.m. – 100 block Middle Ave., an air conditioner was damaged when someone tried to steal the copper tubing inside.
2 p.m. – East Broad St., stolen camper recovered in a parking lot.
2:56 p.m. – 400 block Elm St., a woman said someone broke into her Dodge Neon and stole the title, registration, cigarettes, and as many as 30 CDs.
3:28 p.m. – South Logan Street, Chevy Lumina reported stolen.
6:16 p.m. – 600 block West River Road N., a .22 caliber Beretta was reported stolen.
8:18 p.m. – Persons Court, a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a porch.

2:57 a.m. – Furnace and Bond streets, residents reported several gunshots had been fired.
2:57 a.m. – Furnace and Bond streets, Edward L. Brown, 24, Lorain, charged with driving under suspension, DUI, reckless operation, unsafe motor vehicle and no seatbelt.
2:37 a.m. – Lake Avenue, Arthur M. Solomon Jr., charged with DUI, driving under suspension, fleeing, reckless operation and no seatbelt.
3:14 a.m. – Chestnut Street, a man was beaten by a woman wielding a cane.
3:20 a.m. – 300 block Depot St., a woman reports cell phone stolen.
3:58 p.m. – 300 block Midway Blvd., Victor Ortega, 43, Lorain, charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication and resisting arrest.

2:26 p.m. – Middle Avenue, Jordan Williams, 18, 6800 block West River Road S., charged with with DUI and driving under suspension.

10 a.m. – 2700 block Lexington Ave., air conditioner stolen from a window.
11 a.m. – 2600 block Caroline Ave., police alerted that the owner of two dogs was beating them with a belt.
11:15 a.m. – 1300 block W. Second St., an unidentified person rifled through an unattended car.
12:45 p.m. – 1300 block S. Danley Square, a woman said her boyfriend choked her until she blacked out.
1:29 p.m. – 900 block W. Sixth Court, copper water pipes worth $1,000 reported stolen.
5:22 p.m. – 1000 block W. Ninth St., police intervened in a dispute between neighbors about loud music.
5:46 p.m. – 300 block Indiana Ave., Kevin Michael Lee, 22, Lorain, charged with domestic violence following an argument.
8:15 p.m. – 300 block W. 12th St., James Francis Yuhas, 41, Lorain, charged with felony domestic violence.
8:30 p.m. – 1000 block W. Second St., an 11-year-old boy said he was threatened when he confronted a 40-year-old man about loud music containing a racial slur.
8:35 p.m. – W. 18th St., David Kevin Burton, 40, Lorain, charged with driving under suspension, failure to use a turn signal and outstanding warrant.
9:41 p.m. – 3300 block E. Erie Ave., Michelle Lawson, 30, Lorain, charged with assault. A friend said Lawson started screaming, hitting, and kicking inside a car, then exited and threw her shoes at the friend.
9 p.m. – 100 block E. 32nd St., a woman said a man was sending threatening text messages.
9:10 p.m. – Admiral King High School, cinder block thrown through the south cafeteria doors, shattering the glass.
10:30 p.m. – 2300 block E. 42nd St., a woman who left her home unlocked reported $650 in cash stolen from a purse in her home.
11 p.m. – 300 block W. Ninth St., a 13-year-old girl was reported missing but returned home.

Wednesday, Oct. 3
12:30 a.m. – West 21st Street, Edward Bruce Baird, 52, Lorain, charged with DUI with a blood-alcohol level of 0.18, speeding, weaving, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
1:10 p.m. – 1600 block Kansas Ave., Lorain National Bank, Amy Saunders, 35, Lorain, charged with burglary, domestic violence and two counts of disorderly conduct.
2 p.m. – 500 block W. 30th St., a man said someone broke into his car and stole heavy metal CDs.
2:24 p.m. – 1400 block Lexington Ave., two children had a fight on a Head Start bus.
2:58 p.m. – 1300 W. Fifth St., Melissa Palos, 28, Lorain, was cited for confinement of dangerous dogs after an 8-year-old girl was bitten by a pit bull.
3 p.m. – 4700 block Oakhill Road, an ex-boyfriend suspected of slashing the tires on a woman’s car.
4:23 p.m. – 1300 block W. 30th St., broken window.

9 a.m. – 2600 Ashland Ave., an unruly 16-year-old was found at Admiral King High School.
2:22 p.m. – 400 block Washington Ave., Kimberly Inge, 41, Lorain, charged with theft.
9:10 p.m. – Westview Court, Edward Atkinson, 27, Lorain, charged with criminal trespass.
10:30 p.m. – 1500 block Fillmore Ave., Gary Rush, 34, Lorain, charged with domestic violence and criminal damaging for breaking the windshield of a 2001 Buick Regal.
11:40 p.m. – West 20th Street. near Lorain Drive, Tremaine Graham, 25, Lorain, charged with obstructing official business.

Friday, Oct. 5
12:19 a.m. – 1300 block Massachusetts Ave., Quayne Watkins, 33, Lorain, charged with possession of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and obstructing official business.
2:10 a.m. – Washington Avenue near Sixth Street, Christopher Collins, 35, Lorain, charged with reckless operation.
4:17 a.m. – 1800 block E. 33rd St., Joaquin Segarra, 39, Lorain, charged with domestic violence, after his pregnant girlfriend said he hit her.
