Brownie is available for adoption from Hartman's Hounds.

Brownie just recently came into our rescue. She was given up by her caregiver of five years since she was moving and unable to care for her any longer. Brownie lived in a home with other dogs and kids and was excellent. Brownie has all of her house manners, she’s house-trained and rides well in the car. She is currently in foster with two other dogs and is doing great. We were told she is not good with cats, but we have not done a cat test yet and children should be at least 12 years old. Brownie is a very sweet-natured girl and once she knows you she gives you her all. We would like Brownie to have a fenced-in yard so she may explore at her leisure and someone willing to exercise her with a daily walk. She is fine with the run of the house while someone works. Brownie will make an excellent best friend. Her age helps make her transition seamless, with age comes wisdom and how to fit right into a home.
