Critter Chronicles: River

  • http-chronicle-northcoastnow-com-wp-content-uploads-2014-09-River-apl-199x300

River was abandoned by her owner after she was hospitalized. After spending over a week in the home with another dog, the owner's son surrendered the dogs to Friendship. The dogs are very friendly and playful. River is a little shy at first, but it doesn't take her long to warm up. She likes some dogs and not others at the shelter. River's personality shines best when she is out of the kennel. Kids in the home should be over 12 years of age. She's a very sweet girl that will thrive once in a stable home again.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
