Critter Chronicles: Duke

  • http-chronicle-northcoastnow-com-wp-content-uploads-2014-07-Duke-apl-300x200

Duke is an energetic and social boy.  His owner abandoned him at his mother's house. She was not able to have dogs in her home so brought him to Friendship. Duke is very friendly and playful. He would be happy to have a fenced-in yard since he will run if off leash.  This social butterfly loves rawhide bones and tennis balls. He enjoys car rides, too.  He's only been around older kids and was fine with them.  He tolerates other dogs and is aggressive towards cats. Duke is good with his potty-training and has manners in the house. He is an active dog that will benefit having an active family.  Stop by and meet silly Duke!

If you have older kids in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
