Critter Chronicles: Roxy-Prison Graduate

  • http-chronicle-northcoastnow-com-wp-content-uploads-2014-05-Roxy-apl-300x199

Roxy is a sweetie pie that was sent for additional training to brush up on her skills. She learned her lessons well at the Grafton Correctional Institute and is now a proud Prison Graduate. It's not known if Roxy likes cats or not.  She has manners, is house-trained, walks well on a leash and knows all her basic commands. She's an affectionate gal that longs to be part of a family. Roxy has won the hearts of the staff and volunteers at Friendship. She is a great dog that is now and even better one since she's returned. Roxy was recently adopted and returned. She didn't like her another dog that was close to the family. She was only given 24 hours to adjust and abruptly returned. It may be best if Roxy was placed in a home as an "only" pet in an adult household or one with kids over 12 years of age. She tends to bond with one person.  Please give Roxy the time she needs to adjust and thrive in a new home.

If you have older kids in your family and are interested in adopting Roxy please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
