Critter Chronicles: Maguire

  • http-chronicle-northcoastnow-com-wp-content-uploads-2013-11-maguire-hounds-268x300

Maguire was another rescue from the Lorain County Dog Kennel.  He is very new to the rescue so we are just learning about him.  He does appear to be housetrained and is OK with dogs after a proper introduction.  He is in a foster home and seems a bit too interested in the cats so a home without them may be best.  He is a little hesitant with new people but it only takes a few minutes and he is all yours.  We really are not sure yet how he would be with kids but would be best if they are at least 10-12 years old.  Maguire is a high energy boy and will need a daily walk.  We would prefer a fenced-in yard for him to be able to burn some of his energy. He is a perfect size and will make an excellent companion.
