JACK SPRATT

Jack Spratt is a very special cat who was born around Oct. 5, 2010. He was born deaf and with a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia, which causes jerky movements and uncoordinated movement. It is nonprogressive condition so he will not get worse and it does not alter his life-expectancy. He's just a little wobbly. :) He is a very nice cat and was raised in a home. Because he is deaf and is easily startled, he would do best in a home with no children or other animals.
