• A story in Sunday’s Chronicle-Telegram regarding anti-drug activist Amy Gilbert contained incorrect information. Gilbert said she has been clean and sober since 2001.

• Elyria Catholic’s Luther Washington had one reception for 16 yards Friday in the Panthers’ 45-6 season-opening football win over Clearview. Due to a reporter’s error, the wrong player was given credit for the catch in Saturday’s paper.

• Amherst’s volleyball team lost its season opener 25-17, 25-17 and 25-22 Saturday against North Royalton. Due to a mistake writing up the information, the incorrect winner was listed in Sunday’s paper.

• The Avon Lake boys cross country team won its fourth straight Southwestern Conference Preview meet Saturday behind seniors Trevor Norris (fifth, 16:53.8), Francesco Maiorca (sixth, 16:58.1) and Connor Musial (eighth, 17:22.5). Amherst’s Mark Matos was ninth (17:45.2). Due to a reporter’s error, a story in Sunday’s paper had the wrong number of consecutive wins for the Shoremen and incorrect finishes for the above runners.
