At 12:19 a.m. Jan. 2 she was driving east on Interstate 90 westbound, striking a westbound vehicle driven by Mark Campo, 57, of Avon, head-on.
Both drivers sustained unknown injuries in the crash. Campo was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.
Avon officers took Quinn into custody after she was released from University Hospitals Richmond Heights Center on Tuesday, according to a department news release. She posted a $5,000 bond, with a court date set for 9 a.m. Tuesday in Avon Lake Municipal Court.
