A Geauga County man has been charged in connection with a voyeurism incident at the Westlake Nordstrom.
Evan Martin, 25, of Novelty, is out on bond on charges of trespassing and pandering obscenity. Westlake police say he took photos of women shopping at the store July 9 after he’d been banned from the store. He fled after being confronted by staff and later turned himself in after being identified through the license plates of the car he was driving.
A cellphone, tablet and laptop computer were taken from him at the time he turned himself in, and all will be investigated. His now ex-girlfriend turned in another computer, and police say they are pursuing a search warrant to examine that computer as well.
