Police said they arrested Wanner and called LifeCare after she was seen outside the Golden Corral banging on the windows and screaming. When police arrived, Wanner was not wearing any shoes and the contents of her purse were strewn across the parking lot, according to a police report.
Police said she had streaks of mascara running down her face and her pupils were pin points. She was talking fast and most of what she was saying was unintelligible the report said.
Wanner told police that she had come to the restaurant with her boyfriend but they had gotten into an argument and that’s why she was outside banging on the windows, the report said.
Wanner denied taking any drugs and said she did not drink because of her pregnancy. Police called LifeCare and then searched the car that Wanner said she arrived in. Police found a plastic bag with heroin in it, the report said.
Once at the hospital, Wanner was given naloxone and police said she calmed down. She then told police that she did snort some of the heroin in the parking lot of the restaurant, the report said.
After she was released from the hospital she was booked into the Lorain County Jail.
