Reward offered for capture of Medina County fugitive

A reward is being offered for information leading to the capture of a Medina County fugitive.

Randolph Valure, 45, is wanted by U.S. marshals, the Medina County sheriff and police in Seville and Wadsworth for failing to appear and for violating the terms of his bond.

Valure was on bond stemming from a conviction for rape, attempted abduction and burglary in 2012. A warrant was issued when he failed to show for his sentencing, according to a release from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.

Valure is a white male about 6 feet, 1 inch tall, 210 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be in the company of Eva Spath, who might be assisting Valure in hiding from authorities, the task force said.

Spath, 32, also is wanted by the Medina County sheriff and Wadsworth police for failing to appear and domestic violence. Spath is a white female about 5 feet, 3 inches, 160 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on Valure or Spath should contact the task force at (866) 4WANTED or text keyword WANTED and tip to 847411 (tip411). Tipsters can remain anonymous, and reward money is available.
