LORAIN — A Lorain teenager was arrested and charged with drunken driving about 4:05 a.m. Sunday.

Payne wrote that driver Stephanie Fesperman smelled of alcohol and failed a field sobriety test. Fesperman registered a 0.19 percent blood alcohol content in a Breathalyzer test, Payne wrote. The legal limit is 0.08.
Fesperman, 19, of the 2800 block of West Erie Avenue, was charged with drunken driving, driving without a license, weaving, consumption of alcohol by a minor and a seat belt violation.
