Multiple Breed Rescue

Fred is available for adoption from Multiple Breed Rescue.

Lil Fred came from an inhumane situation, removed from a home where he was being beaten. He is now in a loving foster home where he is learning what being loved really means. As he is coming out of his shell and less fearful now, he is showing traits of being territorial with other dogs and cats, but we are working on this. He is super smart, doing well with house training, and does not need to be crated when home alone. Fred didn’t seem to know what toys are and is afraid of ones the squeak. But, he is recently showing interest in playing with soft toys.

Fred likes to cuddle yet he is OK being a few feet away from you, too, meaning he doesn’t always need to be on top of you. He is fun, energetic, curious, eager to please, entertaining and will be an awesome companion. If you are looking for small, intelligent dog who has a ton of potential with some basic training, Fred could be your new friend.

Spot is a sweet boy, quite cuddly, lovable and very smart. If you feel Spot may be a great addition to your family, please complete an adoption application for approval ASAP. We can’t be sure, but believe Spot appears to be a cattle dog mix.

Nancy is available for adoption from Multiple Breed Rescue.

Nancy was in a city kennel and they reached out to MBR when they realized she needs special attention and medical care. While she is young and very happy, she has an unknown condition that causes her muscles to fatigue quickly, making her a special needs dog. Nancy has been seen by several vets and specialists to try and determine exactly what the cause of her problem is, and no one has been able to tell us anything definitive.

Nancy loves to play and is very loving. Nancy is not a dog who will be able to take long walks/hikes or chase a ball for a long period of time. Some days she may be able to walk down the street, while other days she may not. Nancy’s back legs seem to fatigue very quickly and begin to quiver which causes her to lay down immediately (she is not in any pain or distress when this happens). Sometimes she gets right back up and continues her activity while other times she needs to lay for a few minutes. Nancy is full of love and life and is looking for a family who can understand her limitations.

BREED: Cattle dog/pit bull terrier mix
