Approximately 800,000 young immigrants, including an estimated 4,400 in Ohio, are in danger of deportation under proposed changes to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

DACA recipients are students in our schools, worshipers in our churches and neighbors in our communities. Many have spent the majority of their lives in America and now face being separated from their parents and siblings by immigration status.

If you or a loved one could be affected by the changes in DACA, what  would you like others to know about your situation?

Share your thoughts by cell phone video, and we will publish the footage with the thoughts of others in the community at chroniclet.com.

Videos should be submitted in MP4 or MOV file formats and be no longer than 60 seconds. Send them by email to CTnews@chroniclet.com. Add ”My DACA “story to the email subject line and include contact information for verification purposes.
