Photographs will be cropped as they appeared in the newspaper. We cannot print color photos if they appeared in B&W
in print. Because we laminated full pages from orignal newspaper page, stories continued on another page, cannot be
laminated onto one “full page”
We will never arbitrarily crop the image to make it fit a print size.
For example: If you ordered an 8x10 print and your image actually has a 7x10 aspect ratio, we will print the image to
whichever dimension is constrained first (in this case, 10” dimension). Then the height of the image would be 7”.
Reprints and full-page reproductions aare for personal use only unless other rights are purchased. Our photographs
and full-pages are copyrighted and may not be used for commercial purposes. They cannot be copied, reproduced,
transmitted, distributed or used in any form (graphic, electronic, or mechanical, or otherwise including photocopying,
information storage or retrieval systems) for any purpose without the express written permission of The Chronicle-
Telegram which reserves all rights.
