Milestones will be published on either the first or third Sunday of the month in The Chronicle-Telegram newspaper, will be online at www.chroniclet.com/milestone and announced on WEOL's Les in the Morning show Friday's from 6 - 9 AM.

To get your milestone placed, fill out the form below and send us your photo.

Photos must be in jpg format no larger than 1M and emailed to: milestones@chroniclet.com.

Be sure to put your full name on the subject line and occasion.

The Chronicle reserves the right to edit and format your announcement based on our established style for the Milestones page.
