MyAn Zagorsky and Dr. David Bourdon
Jim and TuLe Zagorsky of Lorain are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter MyAn to Dr. David Bourdon, son of Bill and Jean Bourdon of Labadie, Missouri.
MyAn is a 1996 graduate of Lorain Southview High School and a 2002 graduate of Ohio State University with a BS in industrial and systems engineering. She was also the 1996 Lorain International Festival Queen. MyAn joined Siemens Energy and Automation Division and holds a position as a Distributor Sales Engineer. She has worked in Houston, Atlanta and is currently based in Chicago.
David is a 1990 graduate of Washington High School, Washington, Missouri. He is also a 1994 graduate of Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri with a B.S. in Biology with honors, a 2001 graduate of the University of Missouri School of Medicine, earning a Ph.D. in pharmacology. He is an applications scientist with Perkin Elmer Life and Analytical Sciences in Chicago.
MyAn and David share a passion for marathons, triathlons, and biking.
The couple will be married in early August in Santa Barbara, California at Bacara Resort.
