Middle Avenue barricaded

Sheriff’s deputies had Middle Avenue barricaded near Value City early this morning for what was reported to be a hostage situation in a house in the area.
The dispatcher at the sheriff’s department would provide no information but Terry Costigan of TMC News told us that he had learned the area was cordoned off because of a hostage situation.
