PRIMARY 2008: Clinton wins Ohio

Multiple news organizations are reporting Sen. Hillary Clinton of New York has won the Ohio Democratic primary over rival Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois. With about 60 percent of the vote counted, Lorain County overwhelmingly went to Clinton.

School closings

The bad weather is already taking its toll on classes for Wednesday.
In Lorain County, Avon Lake City Schools have announced the district will be closed.
In Cuyahoga County, Bay Village, Fairview, Lakewood, North Olmsted and Rocky River school districts are all closed Wednesday.

Motorists told to stay off roads as snow, ice blankets region

A wintery mix of icy rain and snow has road crews scrambling to keep the highways clear tonight.
