Midview student brings mercury to school

A Midview High School student was sent home Wednesday after bringing a small amount of mercury into the school.
Midview school officials said they don’t suspect the student had any intentions to hurt anyone, however, trace amounts of the chemical were found on the floor of a classroom.

Lorain County gets $4.9M for road projects
